Tom Allmand
Tom Allmand, the Director, formed the company in 2016 after working for a major national retailer in a property development management and new store construction delivery role across four states of Australia.
Prior to this Tom gained extensive experience in transactional large format retail / industrial real estate with Jones Lang La Salle and retailer Anaconda / Spotlight.
Tom is a registered commercial builder with the Victorian Building Authority and a licensed real estate agent with over 20 years’ experience.
